Here is my honest review. They left a key instruction out of the installation video. There are covers on both sides of the film, not just on the adhesive side. Because I was not aware of this, we were repeatedly resetting the product on my windshield for about 30 minutes. I finally figured out that a second clear cover needed to be pealed off in order to allow the film the flexibility to seat properly. I was pretty frustrated because it resulted in a few imperfections once the product was in place.

It was initially difficult to see through the windshield, but after about a week it mostly cleared up. At this point I think it is as clear as it is going to get, but it is definitely not perfect. I look at it like this, without the film the view is 4k HD quality. With the film installed, the view is like the image from a 1980's tube TV. It does not making driving dangerous, but it is noticeable.

Here's the good part. Last week a rock hit my windshield hard and there is no sign of damage. That's the reason I wanted the product and it did its job.
