Return Policy

We accept returns up to 60 days after being delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your items unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please fill out our return form. Please include the reason for the return request and order number. Prepaid return labels are provided upon request. 

Damages, Defects, or Mistakes

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right. Please be sure to take a photo of the conditions you received your item, as one will be required to work with you towards a satisfactory solution. 


Upon inspection of your order,  you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Prepaid return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund with the following exceptions: returns due to manufacturing damages, defects, or mistakes. Please remember to take a few business days for your refunds to be processed and become available in your bank or credit card account.
