30-Day Return Policy (USA Orders):
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
60-Day Return Policy (International Orders):
Return Window: You have an extended window of 6 0 days from the date of purchase to return any item.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Request a Return
To initiate a return, please fill out out return form with your order number and a brief description of your return reason
Prepare Your Item
Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected during transit.
Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at your preferred shipping carrier location. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Klarna Purchases – 14-Day Return Right
Purchases made using Klarna are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery , in accordance with Klarna’s consumer protection requirements.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason, when the purchase is made using Klarna.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email:

After notification, return instructions will be provided. Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
Damages, Defects, or Mistakes
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right. Please be sure to take a photo of the conditions you received your item (s), as one will be required to work with you towards a satisfactory solution.
Refunds Policy
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please remember that it takes a few business days for your refunds to be processed and become available in your bank or credit card account.
