Return Policies

At Bogar Tech Designs, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer 30-Day Returns for all USA orders and a 60-Day Returns for International orders. 

30-Day Return Policy (USA Orders):

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item.
  
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

60-Day Return Policy (International Orders):

• Return Window: You have an extended window of 60 days from the date of purchase to return any item.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process:

• Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, please fill out out return form with your order number and a brief description of your return reason
    

• Prepare Your Item

  • Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected during transit.

• Ship Your Return

  • Drop off your package at your preferred shipping carrier location. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Damages, Defects, or Mistakes

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right. Please be sure to take a photo of the conditions you received your item (s), as one will be required to work with you towards a satisfactory solution. 

Refunds Policy

Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please remember that it takes a few business days for your refunds to be processed and become available in your bank or credit card account.
