INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
• Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

Replacement Warranty with Accidental Damage Protection

Warranty Coverage:

We offer a one-time replacement free of charge within 12 months of the original purchase date for the following issues:

   1. Manufacturing Defects:

• Fading or hazing beyond normal wear and tear. 
• Delamination beyond normal wear and tear.
• Machine-cutting errors.

   2.  Accidental Damage Protection:

• Installation mishaps.

   3. Shipping Damages:

• Item (s) damaged due to shipping mishandling within ten (10)  days of delivery.
  * We may request pictures in order to file a damage claim on your behalf. Example: a picture of the damaged package and damaged item(s).

After 12 months or One-Time Replacement:

After the initial 12 months or the one-time accidental replacement, you can still purchase a replacement at a 20% discount.
