If there are wrinkles/creases on a product that was just opened, we will unroll the product and lay it flat. Once flat, will would start lifting the film from the backing paper until the wrinkle is lifted from the backing paper. We would then set the film back down as flat as possible.

If there is a wrinkle/crease after installation, we would lift the piece that has the defect up to where the defect is present and add heat to the wrinkle/crease. Once the defect is removed, we would then place it down again.
