How do I return my order?
To start a return, please fill out our return form found HERE. Please include the reason for the return request and order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow us up to 2 business days from the date your order was delivered at our warehouse location to process your refund*.
Additionally, can take up to 3 to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
Please note that delivery times back to our warehouse can vary depending on the country you're from and the shipping carrier you choose when returning your item(s).
